What We Can Help With
- Corrections: If you've found outdated permit requirements, incorrect grant amounts, or factual errors — please let us know. We take accuracy seriously and update quickly.
- Content suggestions: Is there a modification type, state-specific question, or funding program we haven't covered? We want to know.
- General questions about the site: How we research our content, how we're funded, our editorial policies.
What We Cannot Help With
We are an informational resource, not a consulting service. We are not able to:
- Tell you whether a specific permit is required for your specific project at your specific address — only your local building department can do that
- Help you apply for grants or navigate a specific VA or USDA application
- Recommend specific contractors, products, or service providers
- Provide legal, medical, structural, or financial advice

For VA programs: contact your VAMC's Prosthetics department or a VSO representative.
For USDA 504: contact your local USDA Rural Development office.
